This property is currently seized by Aqa Naqi, the steward for the late Mirza Mir Iftikhar.

Nayyir al-Sadat's petition against Sadigh al-Tojjar
Nayyir al-Sadat bought one sixth of a garden from Sadiq al-Tujjar. She built a wall and bought water for the land. But Sadiq al-Tujjar sold the whole garden, including her share, and she had problems getting her share back.
